For organizations, leaders, teamsm and educational institutions looking to draw inspiration from Metacognitive Therapy (MCT)
Workshops & Talks
I have always loved teaching. It’s one of the things I feel most passionate about.
I feel most at home in international environments. I've lived abroad for many years and worked with people from all over the world. Different cultures and perspectives are something I genuinely love and feel energized by.
Alongside my clinical work, I work as an external lecturer at a large international study abroad organization in Copenhagen, where I teach undergraduate students from North America.
My area of expertise is Metacognitive Therapy. I have completed the highest level of training in MCT (Level 1 + Level 2) at the MCT-Institute®, founded by Professor Adrian Wells, and I serve on the board of MCT-Institute® Denmark.
What I offer
I always tailor workshops, trainings, and talks to the specific organization and audience. It might be an introduction to metacognitive therapy, a focused workshop on how MCT applies to leadership, or a longer training built around your specific needs.
I offer workshops, trainings, and talks online, making them accessible to teams and organizations anywhere in the world. In-person trainings are also possible, in Copenhagen or elsewhere. Just reach out and we'll take it from there.
Pricing depends on format, length, and audience. Reach out and I'll get back to you with a tailored proposal.
Examples of topics:
Introduction to Metacognitive Therapy
MCT and leadership: how leaders can draw inspiration from the metacognitive approach
Managing worry and rumination in the workplace
How professionals and organizations can apply metacognitive principles in their own work
One example I really enjoyed:
I once delivered a talk for a group of student counselors at a nursing college. We explored how they could draw inspiration from the metacognitive approach to better support their students, particularly during exam season. The conversation was grounded in their everyday practice, and it was wonderful to see how naturally the approach translated into their work.
That's what I love most about this. Seeing how differently people connect with MCT and can use it in their everyday lives.
Note: A workshop cannot replace foundational training in Metacognitive Therapy at the MCT-Institute.
